About

I am a user researcher who’s worked in libraries and archives since 2012. I’m very interested in the human experience and how we make sense of the world, and engage with user-centered design in all of my work.

I am most interested in the roles design and technology play in solving our most pressing civic issues – from political engagement to fighting poverty. I’ve worked on various User Research projects within libraries and archives, which are detailed in my portfolio.
